These are 180gr, soft point, brass cased and boxer primed rounds. 180gr is more of a heavy weight load for .30-06 Springfield, and even though it will have more recoil when fired, it will also be immensely suitable for medium to big game. These rounds deliver a muzzle energy of 2,913 feet per pound and a muzzle velocity of 2,700 feet per second.

Soft points are an expanding bullet with greater penetration than hollow points, so they are better suited for taking down larger game especially.
