This cartridge’s bullet isn’t one of those newfangled polymer-tipped contraptions. It’s a traditional soft point, which uses its cleverly designed lead core and nonmagnetic jacket to dish out the terminal ballistics which pin down medium game. The SP’s nose profile isn’t the most streamlined you’ll ever find on a bullet, but it’ll serve you just fine in the accuracy department if you’re keeping within the 30-30’s usual effective range of 150 to 200 yards.
This ammunition is manufactured by Aguila, which started out in Mexico in 1961 and now serves as the country’s primary military ammunition supplier.
