This 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge features a 140 grain projectile with a precision tapered base, so it resists the straying influences of cross and vertical winds and carries a better part of its muzzle velocity far downrange. Its hollow point meplat is narrow and perfectly centered, so it can easily slice the air before it before doing a great deal of damage to anything on the receiving end, be it varmint or target.
This round’s a Hornady everywhere else that counts, too. Its brass casing is intensely uniform, so each one cycles flawlessly and contains a propellant charge that’ll create a consistent chamber pressure within your rifle’s action. Its Boxer primer is non-corrosive as well, so you can sit confidently on these rounds for a very long time. Very nicely, these rounds come stashed in a sturdy plastic field box. Count on it to absorb whatever abuse you’d like your ammo shielded from, and make good use of it once it’s emptied out.
