This ammunition was produced by Fiocchi in Ozark, Missouri. Each cartridge is furnished with a 123 grain bullet – perfectly normal as far as common 7.62×39 specifications are concerned, and poised to deliver a consistent muzzle velocity of ~2,375 fps. The full metal jacket is best reserved for shooting inanimate objects owing to its inability to undergo terminal expansion. But thanks to its lead core and nonferrous copper jacket, Fiocchi’s FMJ does not attract a magnet!
This isn’t ancient Soviet military surplus that’s been rotting in a damp warehouse for several decades. It was manufactured just recently, and accordingly features noncorrosive Boxer primers and new reloadable brass cases. Order your 25-box case today – with preposterously speedy shipping, no less!
